Stephen J. Blaskovitz of Margate and Ewing, NJ, formerly of Washington Crossing, PA, passed away Sunday at Lourdes Specialty Hospital in Burlington.

Born in Trenton, he was a lifelong area resident.
Mr. Blaskovitz retired from Bristol Myers Squibb and was previously employed at PSE&G, General Motors and Honeywell. He received his engineering degree from Newark College of Engineering, Newark, NJ.
He was a Navy Veteran of WWII.

Son of the late of Joseph and Mary Kuncz Blaskovitz, he is survived by his wife of 55 years – Mary Ann Castranova Blaskovitz, his daughter and son-in-law - Laurie Ann and Mark J. Krzyston, MD, of Orangeburg, SC; his son and daughter-in-law – Stephen Joseph and Rebekah of Margate; his grandchildren – Stephen and Caitlin Krzyston, Noah and Aliya; his brother and sister-in-law – Joseph and Dottie Blaskovitz of Indian Rock Beach, FL; his sister and brother-in-law – Ethel and Richard Pelrine of Barnegat, NJ; his aunts – Dottie and Florence Kuncz both of Trenton; also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Funeral Thursday 9am from the M. William Murphy Funeral Home, 935 Parkway Ave. Mass of Christian Burial will celebrated at Our Lady of Good Counsel Church, West Trenton at 10am. Burial will be in Brig. Gen. William C. Doyle Veterans Cemetery, Arneytown. Visiting hours are Wednesday from 6 to 8pm at the funeral home.
