Margaret Crespo , 54, of Pennington passed away Thursday March 21 2013 at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania .
Born in Princeton NJ, Margaret has spent the last 15 years in Pennington.
She retired from the US Army after 20 years of service. She then went onto work for the State of NJ Department of youth and family services.
Margaret loved the Philadelphia Eagles, playing the guitar, and especially loved spending time with her family.
Daughter of the late Valentin Crespo, she is survived by her son Christopher L. Mario of Pennington, her mother Hilda R. Crespo of Caguas Puerto Rico, 4 sisters ; Anna L. ( Jose ) Rivera of Caguas PR, Carmen I. ( Basilios ) Hernandez of Caguas PR, Norma L. ( Humberto ) Solis of Willingboro NJ and Ada ( Paul ) Vanes of Trenton NJ. 1 brother; Valentin ( Mary Jo ) Crespo of Jamesburg , best friends Maria and Teresa and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Tuesday at 12 noon at St. James Church, 115 E. Delaware Ave. Pennington NJ 08534. The family will receive visitors from 10:00AM until time of mass in the church.
Burial will be in the Washington Crossing National Cemetery, 830 Highland Rd. Newtown Pa. 18940.
