Mary R. Maccaroni
Mary R. Maccaroni, 93, of Trenton passed away Monday at Hamilton Continuing Care Center in Hamilton.

Born in Smithdale, PA, she has been a Mercerville resident for over 57 years and a Trenton area resident for over 70 years.

Mary was a homemaker dedicated to her family and supporting them with love and care.

She was a communicant of Our Lady of Sorrows Church and sang with the choir for over 15 years. Mary was also a member of the Altar Rosary Society.

Daughter of the late Charles and Anna Dudas Wargo, wife of the late Alfonso P. Maccaroni, sister of the late Helen Augustine, Anna Tapper, Michael, Charles, Andy and John Wargo, she is survived by her 3 children, Cheryl Maccaroni of Titusville, Mark Maccaroni and his wife Marina of Trenton, and Gary Maccaroni and his wife Donna of Lawrenceville; 7 grandchildren, Mark, Carla, Maxwell, Anna, Rebecca, Martha and Bernadette; 1 sister, Pauline Shank of Prairie Village, KS; also, nieces and nephews.

Funeral Monday 10:30am from the M. William Murphy Funeral Home, 1863 Hamilton Ave. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in Our Lady of Sorrows Church at 11am. The family will receive friends on Sunday from 3 6pm and Monday at 9:30 10:30AM at the funeral home.

Because Mrs. Maccaroni was a breast cancer survivor, the family has asked for memorial contributions to be made to Susan G. Komen, Attention Donor Services, PO Box 650309, Dallas, TX, 75265-0309, donorinquiry@komen.org.
