Eleanore A. Farley
Eleanore A. Farley died on February 11, 2014 at her home in Ewing.

Eleanore grew up in Allentown, NJ. She graduated from Hamilton High School and, prior to her marriage, she worked for Hibbert Printing Company. After rearing her children, Eleanore was employed as the Executive Director of the New Jersey Association of Osteopathic Physicians & Surgeons. She was President of the Association of Osteopathic State Executive Directors and an industry consultant.

She was an active member of Trenton Country Club where she played in the Women's Golf Association of Philadelphia as a member of the ladies golf team. She served on the Board of the Trenton Country Club and was Chair of the Membership Committee. She was a member of Incarnation Roman Catholic Church.

She was predeceased by her parents, Margaret C. and Michael D. Lyons; her husband, Joseph C. Farley; her sisters, Dorothy Lyons Bellhouse, Frances Lyons Holcombe, Mary C. Lyons, and her brother, M. Don Lyons. She is survived by her children, Patricia E. Farley of Lawrenceville, NJ, Michael D. Farley of Chattanooga, TN, Elizabeth Farley Mathewson and her husband, Raymond Mathewson of Glen Cove, NY and a grandson, William Mathewson and his fiancÚ, Rachel Ptashinsky of Longwood, FL and numerous nieces and nephews.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Incarnation-St. James Church, 1545 Pennington Rd., Ewing, NJ at 10:30am on Saturday, February 15, 2014. Burial will follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery. The family will hold calling hours on Friday, February 14, 2014 from 4:00 to 7:00pm at M. William Murphy, 935 Parkway Avenue, Ewing, NJ.
