Leon E. Hendrickson
Leon E. Hendrickson, 92, of Ewing, passed away on Tuesday, April 8, 2014 at Capital Health Medical Center Hopewell.

Born in Trenton, Leon was a lifelong area resident.

He was a microfilm supervisor for the State of New Jersey, Superior Court, where he retired after 35 years of service.

Leon was an early member of Incarnation St. James Parish, where he was very active with all of the church’s yearly functions, and the Colonial Sportsman’s Club, an avid golfer and photographer, and he enjoyed spending time with his family and grandchildren.

He was a proud veteran of the United States Navy serving in WW II.

Son of the late Leon A. and Veronica M. Falcey Henrickson, and brother of the late Charles Hendrickson, Dorothy Schultis, Veronica Agabiti, and William Hendrickson, he is survived by his loving wife of 66 years, Mary J. Piccolella Hendrickson of Ewing; a son and daughter-in-law, Jeffrey L. and Josephine Hendrickson of Titusville; three daughters, Alexandra Hendrickson and her partner Joseph Prezioso of Hamilton; Mary Beth Silagy and her husband Louis of W. Trenton; Alice Kooker and her partner Marc St-Pierre of W. Trenton; five grandchildren, Rachel and Brian Hendrickson; Benjamin Kooker, Gregory Leon and Scott Leon Silagy; a sister and brother-in-law, Sally and Richard Russo of Bristol, PA; a brother and sister-in-law, Francis Joseph and Patricia Hendrickson; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday at 11:30 a.m. at Incarnation Church 1545 Pennington Rd., Trenton, NJ 08618.

Entombment will be in St. Mary’s Mausoleum, Cedar Lane, Hamilton.
Calling hours will be Friday morning from 10:30 a.m. until time of mass at the church.

There will be no calling hours at the funeral home.
