Mary Louise Buckley
Mary Louise Buckley, of Lawrenceville, died peacefully at home on Sunday, May 25, 2014.
Born in Trenton, and formerly of Ewing, Mary Louise has been a resident of Lawrenceville for the past 20 years.
She was a nurse for New Jersey Manufacturers Insurance Co. in W. Trenton, where she retired after 34 years of service. Before and during her retirement,
she spent alot of time volunteering for the American Cancer Society, Relay for Life and Interfaith Caregivers. Her greatest pleasures were spending time with her family, playing bridge, rubber stamping, and traveling.
Mary Louise was a graduate of Cathedral High School, received her Nursing Degree from St. Francis School of Nursing, and a member of St. Ann’s Church.
Daughter of the late Francis A. and Emma M. Pistner Buckley, she is survived by her brother and sister-in-law, James F. and Joan Buckley of W. Windsor; two nieces, Patricia Dolce and husband James of Robbinsville; Mary Lynne Tumulty and husband Michael of Middletown, NJ; one nephew, James F. Buckley Jr. of Yardley, PA; four great nieces, Alexa, Ariana, Molly, and Morgan; three great nephews, Michael, Matthew, and James.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday at 10:30 a.m. at the Church of St. Ann 1253 Lawrenceville Rd. in Lawrenceville.
Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.
Calling hours will be at St. Ann’s Chapel on Thursday morning from 9:30 a.m. until time of mass in the church.
Arrangements are by the M. William Murphy Funeral Home 1863 Hamilton Ave. in Hamilton.
