Michael F. Golinski
Michael F. Golinski, 72, of West Trenton passed away Friday at his home.
Born in Buffalo, NY, he lived in the Trenton area since 1964.

Mr. Golinski was an optician throughout the Trenton area for over 40 years until his retirement in 2003.

His favorite things to do were keeping the family cars in shape and maintaining his home which earned him the nickname of “Tim the Tool Man Mike” by his loving son-in-law. He also enjoyed fishing and bowling.

Mr. Golinski served in the US Air Force from 1960 until he was honorably discharged in 1964.
Son of the late Michael and Sophie Fydrych Golinski, he is survived by his wife of 49 years, Frances Lecato Golinski; his daughter and son-in-law, Sherri and Steven Hanlon of Bristol, PA; his loving grand puppy, Sage; his “adopted” daughter, Debra Paterson; his sister, whom he adored, and brother-in-law, Marilyn and Joseph Dablewski of Lake View, NY; his brother, Donald Golinski of East Aurora, NY; 4 brothers-in-law, Robert (Bernadette) Lecato, Frank (Connie) Lecato, Samuel (Clara) Lecato, and Wayne (Doreen) Lecato; a very special aunt and uncle, Joseph and Rose Jacobs; special extended family, Frank and Marge Hanlon; longtime family friend, Helen Williams; and several nieces and nephews in New York and New Jersey.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday at the M. William Murphy Funeral Home, 935 Parkway Ave., Ewing from 7 until 9pm and Wednesday from 8:30 until 9:45am. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday at 10:30am at Our Lady of Good Counsel, 137 West Upper Ferry Road, West Trenton, NJ. Burial will follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Hamilton.
