Ann Woodruff Rebbeck
Ann Woodruff Rebbeck, 84, of Warminster, passed away Monday in Abington, PA.
She was born in Trenton, where she spent most of her life, raising 7 children with her husband of 52 years, the late Richard J. Rebbeck, Sr.
Mrs. Rebbeck was employed by the State of NJ for over 20 years before retiring in 1993.
A devout catholic, she was a communicant of Blessed Sacrament Church and sang in the choir.
Ann possessed a unique sense of humor. She was an avid game player and an accomplished cook and seamstress.
Daughter of the late Frederick and Helen Bruther Woodruff and sister of the late Mary Jane Woodruff, she is survived by her children, Patricia Ann Rebbeck and husband Arthur Schleinkofer, Mary Beth and husband David Byrne, Joanne Rebbeck and husband Stanley McDonald, R. James, Jr. and wife Janice Rebbeck, Elizabeth A. and husband Michael Cleary, John F. and wife Gwen Rebbeck, and Helen K. Rebbeck; 9 grandchildren; 1 sister, Helen W. Powell; and nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends on Thursday from 6 – 9 pm at the M. William Murphy funeral Home, 935 Parkway Ave., Ewing. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday at 11am in Blessed Sacrament Church, 716 Bellevue Ave., Trenton. Burial will follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery.
