Leonor M. Warner
Leonor M. Warner, 86, of West Trenton passed away peacefully at home on Thursday.
Born in Estancia, Durango, Mexico, Mrs. Warner met and married her husband in El Paso, TX. Upon his retirement from the US Air Force, they settled in Santa Ana, CA where she lived for 43 years until moving to West Trenton 10 years ago.
Mrs. Warner’s favorite hobby was taking meticulous care of her home and garden. She was also known for her generous nature.
Daughter of the late Sebastian Morales and Juana Herrera, wife of the late William D. Warner, mother of the late Patricia Ann Warner and mother-in-law of the late James Vassos, she is survived by her daughter, with whom she lived, Erica Warner of West Trenton; 2 grandsons, Christopher and Max Vassos; 5 siblings and many beloved nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends on Sunday from 3 – 5pm at the Trinity Episcopal Cathedral Chapel, 801 West State St., Trenton. Funeral Service will begin at 5pm.
Mrs. Warner will be buried with her husband and daughter in the Ft. Rosecrans National Veterans Cemetery, San Diego, CA.
