Marie (Ryan) Trainor
Marie (Ryan) Trainor passed away on Tuesday, November 3, 2015 at Majestic Oaks, Orange City, Florida.

Beloved daughter of the late James and Julia Ryan, loving wife of the late Joseph F. Trainor and predeceased by sons-in-law Nick Higham and Edward A. Petro, she is survived by her daughters, Judith A. Konecsny and her husband Gabriel, Marie (Bunny) Higham, and Julia M. Petro; her grandchildren, Nikki Higham, Cynthia Briceno and her husband Norman, Ryan Osler and his wife, Liz; Melanie L. Petro, Robert Greguski, and Judith M. Petro; her great-grandchildren, Isabella and Victoria Briceno, and Braeden and Nolan Petro-Greguski.

She was a lifelong resident of Trenton, New Jersey. Marie graduated from Cathedral High School and the St. Francis School of Nursing. Her nursing career began at New York City Hospital; followed by the City of Trenton Public Health Department; and retirement from the U. S. Postal Office.

Marie was a woman of strong faith and devotion to her family, church and community. In the past, she served as President of the City of Trenton Police Benevolent Association; as well as a member of the PTA of Cathedral, Notre Dame and St. Anthony High Schools.

We would like to thank Fran and Mike Lorig of Charles Place, Rockledge, Florida and their terrific staff through the past three years who took such wonderful care of our mother. Also, special thanks to Michelle Foster and Diane Brown from Hospice of Health First of Brevard.

Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, November 19, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Anthony's Church, 626 South Olden Avenue, Trenton, New Jersey.

Memorial donations may be made to our Lady of Sorrows/St. Anthony Parish, 3816 East State Street Ext., Hamilton, New Jersey, 08619 or to a charity of one's choice.
