Terry J. Wesner
Terry J. Wesner, Sr., 69, of Ewing Township, passed away on Sunday, May 15, 2016 at Capital Health Hopewell, with his loving family by his side.

Born in his parents home in Montgomery Township, NJ, Terry has resided in Ewing for the past 43 years.

He was a Program Developement Specialist #1 for the State of New Jersey Department of Law and Public Safety, Juvenile Justice Commission, where he retired in 2003 after 34 years of service.

Terry was a veteran of the United States Army serving during Vietnam.

He was a member of the VFW #7298 Ewing, American Legion Post 314 Ewing, and was very involved with Ewing Little League, serving as President and Coach.

Son of the late Harold and Mary Harris Wesner, father of the late James R. Wesner, brother of the late Mary (Harold) Brown, Shirley (Tony) Scott, Stanley Begonsky, Harold and Eleanor Wesner, Ivelyn Grant, and Larry Wesner, he is survived by his loving wife of 50 years celebrating on October 20th 2016, Patricia A. Modaffare Wesner of Ewing; two sons and daughters-in-law, Patrick and Marlene Wesner of Ewing, Terry (TJ) and Barbara Wesner, Jr. of Ewing; a daughter and son-in-law, Rebecca and Robert Gore of Fairless Hills, PA; seven grandchildren, James, Kelsey, Richard, Kaitlyn, and Lindsey Wesner, Mikayla and Robert John Gore; one great grandson, Austin Wesner; his siblings, Olive Begonsky, Mildred Kruty, Ronald and Chancey Wesner, and Thomas Grant; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins; and will be dearly missed by multiple friends and family.

Calling hours will be held Wednesday evening from 6 9 PM at the M. William Murphy Funeral Home 935 Parkway Ave. in Ewing, and again on Thursday morning from 11:00 AM at the funeral home.

Funeral services will begin 12 Noon at the funeral home, followed by Burial in Ewing Cemetery, Scotch Rd., Ewing

In lieu of flowers, donations in Terry’s memory may be made to a charity of the donors choice.
