Mary Patricia (“Pat”) Mulryne
Mary Patricia (“Pat”) Mulryne, 85, of Bordentown, passed away Friday at the Clare Estate Assisted Living Community in Bordentown.

Born April 19, 1931, the first of four beautiful daughters of the late James and Mary (Mooney) Roissier, Pat was a lifelong area resident, and seasonal resident of her favorite ‘home away from home’ in Beach Haven Terrace.

A 1948 graduate of Cathedral High School, Pat was class Valedictorian and President of the Student Council. Upon graduating from Cathedral, Pat worked at New Jersey Manufacturers for several years before leaving to dedicate herself to raising her growing family, after which she worked with the NJ Department of Higher Education for over 20 years prior to retiring in 2003.

Pat was an avid reader who also loved gardening and crafts, but above all, nothing was more important to her than the importance of family; whether as daughter, wife, mother, grandmother, sister or aunt, Pat always set a shining example of placing unconditional love of family before all else.

Wife of the late Robert K. Mulryne, Sr., mother of the late Robert K. Mulryne, Jr., and sister of the late Joan Mulryne, she is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Patricia and Jerry McQueen of Hellertown, PA; 2 sons and daughters-in-law, David and Alyson Mulryne of Bordentown, and Martin and Michele Mulryne of Florence; 4 grandchildren, Colin McQueen, Riley, Connor and Grace Mulryne; 2 sisters and a brother-in-law, Eleanor and Robert Kelly of Mercerville and Kathy McDonald of Trenton; also, numerous nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends on Friday from 8:00AM until 10:15AM at the M. William Murphy Funeral Home, 1863 Hamilton Ave., Hamilton.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Our Lady of Sorrows Church at 11:00AM.

Burial will follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery.
