Higham, and pre-deceased by four brothers, she is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Gary and Debbie Panulla of State College, PA, and Brian and Michelle Panulla of Portland, Oregon; three daughters and two sons-in-law, Cheryl (Martlock) Panulla of Willow Grove, PA, Diane Miller of West Chester, PA,, Karen and William McGrainer of Medford Lakes, and Justus C. Higham, III of Bordentwon; 10 grandchildren; a great grandson; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
