Katherine M. McQuillan
Katherine M. McQuillan, 82, passed away at her home in Columbus on Friday, February 10, 2017.

Born in Trenton, Katherine attended St. Anthony’s Grade School, was a graduate of Cathedral High School, class of 1952, and a graduate of St. Francis School of Nursing in Jersey City, NJ.

Katherine taught at the former St. Anthony’s High School, and was a program analyst for the State of New Jersey, Division of Motor Vehicles, where she retired after 25 years.
She, along with her late husband Richard, were members of St. Vincent de Paul Church in Yardville for over 50 years.

Daughter of the late James and Katherine Dwyer Ronan, wife of the late Richard F. McQuillan, sister of the late John and James Ronan, and aunt of the late Kevin Ronan, she is survived by her twin brother, Monsignor Hugh Ronan of Lawrenceville; one sister, Sister Mary McAuley, RSM of Watchung; one sister-in-law, Rosemary Ronan of Hamilton; and many nieces and nephews.

Calling hours will be Tuesday Evening from 5 7 PM at the M. William Murphy Funeral Home 1863 Hamilton Ave. in Hamilton.

Funeral will be held on Wednesday morning at 9:45 AM at the funeral home.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday at 11:00 AM at St. Vincent de Paul Church in Yardville.

Burial will follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Cedar Lane in Hamilton.

Katherine was a very friendly and outgoing person. Please remember to keep her in your prayers.
